I attended a Black Lives Matter protest in Syracuse. A sadness overcame me with the widespread feel of hurt and pain that has been experienced by many. I am grateful for all experience I have while sad to realize this isn't the experience of many. Please ponder how fortunate you are and feel what life would be without them.
